PODCASTING is technology that will enable your computer to automatically receive updated teachings in MP3 format from this web site.

To do so, you must install and use a program that enables podcasting. Two such programs are iTunes and JUICE, both of which are free.

Once installed and opened, you can listen to teachings at your convenience on your computer, burn them onto a CD that will play in your car* or upload them to an IPOD or other portable MP3 player to take with you.
